The new Windows Terminal Server wts2.zmaw.de is finally available. The server should primarly be used for Microsoft Office, Acrobat, etc.

From Linux/Solaris use the command:

rdp wts2.zmaw.de.

To change the screen size, please use the option -g, i.e.

rdp wts2.zmaw.de -g 1280x1024

Your Unix home directory is available as drive H:, at the time being it

is not possible to access local hard disks (i.e. /scratch/local).

From Windows XP please use Remote Desktop Connection in the Accessories

group to access wts2.zmaw.de

If you used the old server wts1.zmaw.de before, please move to the new one. The

old server will be switched off in 2 months.
